The buildings contain a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums.
The buildings were constructed between 1968 and 1972. Until 1978, they were apartments. In 1978, the Remington Post Condominiums began operation.
The four largest buildings are security buildings, with keys needed for access. These buildings also have underground parking and storage, as well as elevators.
All buildings besides 3345, 3365 and 3375 are heated and provided hot water by boilers. The buildings listed have furnaces and hot water heaters in the units.
The Remington Post Condominiums are located in the corner of 30th and Iris on the Northeast end of Boulder. Directions can be obtained by clicking the link below. The complex is served by three city streets: Corona Trail off 30th, Chisholm Trail and Bridger Trail off Iris St.
Amenities for Remington Post include two barbecue areas, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, lockers, exercise room, and two tennis courts. Also, our beautiful clubhouse features a large library and quiet atmosphere. Plus, it has friendly folks working there. A very nice atmosphere for a visit.
